Deidara is an Akatsuki member who possesses two mouths on the palm of each hand. He uses these mouths to consume clay and imbue it with his explosive chakra and fashion it into clay sculptures. He can make the item bigger after forming the necessary handseals, and can retain control over the item. Each piece of art will be infused with explosive chakra types, such as: C1, C2, C3 or C4. Deidara has trained his left eye to counter any genutsu/illusion. He often ends his sentences with "un" and can be a bit goofy at times.

Status: Third Year in the House of Fenrir

Deidara's has long blond hair tied in a knot on top of his head. A large lock of hair covers the left side of his face. He has two mouths on the palm of each hand, and a third mouth on his chest sealed by a sealing jutsu which looks like a tattoo. The mouth is sewed shut. His two arms are also sewed on via body threads courtesy of Kakuzu, another Akatsuki member. Deidara wears the Akatsuki signature ring on his right index finger. His ring means Blue-ish Green (Sei).


[ Personality ]

Deidara is quick to anger, and easily irritated. He's an artist at heart, and believes art is a fleeting image of beauty. However, most will view him as a sadistic arsonist. He enjoys a good fight, and likes to blow up his opponent in combat. Deidara's most distinctive trait is his love of art. He will respect any form of it, even if it disagrees with his own. He refers to his explosive ninjutsu as art. Deidara is very proud of his art, to the point that he is simply unwilling to accept that anything could defeat it, leading to frequent overconfidence in battle.

[ History ]

Deidara was once a ninja in Iwagakure, or stone country. He left his village with the hope of using his "art" more frequently, and became a terrorist bomber for hire before being forced to join Akatsuki by Itachi. Though he came to embrace the organization, Deidara holds a grudge against Itachi, who he feels looks down on his abilities. Upon joining Akatsuki he was partnered with Sasori, who Deidara treats as his master due to his artistic expertise. Later when Sasori is killed he is partnered with Tobi, who easily irritates him. Later on, Deidara encounters Itachi's younger brother. Enraged that Sasuke cares more about Itachi and thus completely ignores his art, he quickly engages in battle with him. The battle comes to a conclusion when Deidara uses his ultimate jutsu: Self-Destruction. He uses his third mouth found on his chest and transforms himself into a living bomb. Unfortunately, Sasuke manages to save himself by sacrificing Manda (Orochimaru's snake summons). However, Deidara also survives having replaced himself with a shadow clone. Shortly after the incident with the youngest Uchiha, the Leader of Akatsuki sends Deidara to Dusk Academy in order to gather information on the students and teacher there.

[OOC: I made it so Deidara survived the battle with Sasuke; thus, he can use self destruction and survive so long as he replaces himself with a shadow clone. ^-^]

Deidara is sent to Dusk Academy by Pein, the Leader of Akatasuki. His mission is to infiltrate the school and gather information on the students and teachers there. Also, Deidara is part of the Akatsuki Club/Gang. He is currently the only member until the Leader decides to send others.
